I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was convenient, tucked away in a busy area but felt secure. However, the rooms left much to be desired, and the service was lacking. On the bright side, the breakfast had a good variety, and overall, it was decent value for money.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were quite tired looking, with a large pixelated mark on the TV and a very dirty extractor fan. It was disappointing to find no bin bags in the bins and a random door leading to a wall.
Service
5.0
The service was not ideal; the bar wouldn't open until 7 PM, and staff seemed oblivious to my presence most of the time. There were some issues with supplies running low.
Location
8.0
The hotel is well-located for those traveling to Calais and has good access to main roads. It's surrounded by shops and restaurants, making it handy, especially if you have a vehicle.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast was quite good, with plenty of cold meats, cheese, bread, and more. It was better than I expected for the price range.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities were basic and could use an update, but they served their purpose.

The hotel is decent for a quick overnight stay, being clean and reasonably priced. However, the rooms could use some updating, as they felt quite shabby. The location is good for easy access to Amiens, but it's not exactly in the heart of the action.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were a bit cramped and showed signs of wear, including cracks in the walls and old furniture.
Service
6.0
The staff was polite and managed to get us interconnecting rooms, but they were unwilling to open the bar until the scheduled time.
Location
6.0
The hotel is on an industrial estate and not too far from Amiens, making it fairly quiet but lacking charm.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was okay, but many items were finished when we arrived, and the dining prices were a bit high if not pre-booked.
Facilities
6.0
Facilities were basic, and while the cleaning was satisfactory, there was a lack of modern amenities.

Overall, the hotel is quite nice, tucked away in a shopping area that feels safe and convenient. The room I stayed in was clean and had everything I needed, although it was a bit dark for my liking. Service varied; while they were helpful at checkout, I found some staff wasn't very accommodating. Pricing could be better, especially for dining, but the breakfast had a good variety for its cost.

The hotel serves its purpose as a convenient place to stay before heading to the tunnel, and I found it to be quite affordable. The location is easy to find with chain restaurants nearby, which is a plus. However, the service left much to be desired, especially as the manager was not accommodating when it came to even a simple request for a drink. The dining experience was disappointing too, particularly with the breakfast options running out well before the end of serving time.

Rooms
7.0
Rooms were acceptable for a short stay.
Service

The hotel had its ups and downs. The location is decent, being close to a shopping center, but it’s not the best if you're looking for nightlife. The rooms were quite large and had tea and coffee facilities, but they could use a refresh. I found the staff friendly and helpful, making the overall experience positive despite some cleanliness issues.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were spacious and included tea and coffee making facilities, but unfortunately, I found someone else's black hair in the bed and shower. Overall, they were clean and comfortable, but a revamp is definitely needed.
Service
9.0
The staff was friendly and efficient, especially at check-in. I appreciated their helpfulness, even when I overheard them chatting quite early in the morning outside my door.
Location
7.0
The hotel was located in a gated area near a new shopping center, which was convenient for dining options. However, it's a bit far from the city center, making it less ideal if you want to experience the nightlife in Amiens.
Dining
6.0
The dining options were decent but felt a bit sparse and didn't provide great value for the price. I did appreciate the selection and quality, but there was room for improvement.
Facilities
7.0
Though the hotel had good amenities, I didn't feel that they stood out compared to other accommodations I've stayed at. They were functional but not particularly impressive.

I found the hotel to have a friendly and helpful staff, which made checking in a breeze. However, the rooms had some issues, like being quite dated and not very soundproof. The location felt a bit isolated on an industrial estate, but it was convenient for the airport. Dining was decent but a bit overpriced, especially for breakfast. Overall, I appreciated the value for money, although some aspects could really use improvement.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were large but quite dated, needing some TLC. It was quite dark, even in the morning, so I had to use the lights. Also, the walls were paper thin, which made it difficult to find peace and quiet.

The service was really friendly. The staff was helpful and efficient during check-in, which I appreciated. It made my stay more pleasant.
Location
5.0
The location was a bit of a downside for me, being on an industrial estate and quite far from the city center. However, it was convenient for the Charleroi airport, and there was a large Carrefour nearby for any last-minute needs.
Dining

I found the dining options decent, but the prices were on the high side for what was offered, especially for breakfast which consisted mainly of fruit, bread, and pre-packed items.
Facilities
6.0
Facilities were basic but functional. Nothing stood out positively or negatively, just standard offerings.

I found the hotel to be a decent overnight stop; it was clean and comfortable, though the room was on the smaller side. The staff was very friendly and helpful, which added to the positive experience. The location is convenient near a shopping area, but the dining aspect could definitely use some improvement as there were limited options.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were clean and comfortable, though not huge. The bathroom was nice, but the double bed was just two smaller beds put together.

The staff was very receptive and helpful, especially the receptionist. I felt well taken care of during my stay.

The hotel has a great location, perfect for road trip travelers with many shops and eateries nearby. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, though the price might feel a bit high for what you get. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the dining options left much to be desired, especially in quality. Overall, a decent stay but there's room for improvement in the dining experience.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the plus side, the parking was convenient and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the rooms were quite worn and had an unpleasant smell, which made my stay less comfortable than I hoped. The location was decent for a quick stop, but not ideal for enjoying the nightlife in Amiens.

Rooms

The rooms were quite worn and smelled damp. There were large stains on the carpet, and I found the mattress hard and the pillows lumpy. It would have been nice to have a kettle and a window that opened.

The hotel is conveniently located near a bustling shopping area, including a large Carrefour supermarket, which is great for travelers. While the rooms were basic and clean, they lacked some necessary amenities and could use some maintenance. The service was excellent, as the staff were attentive and successfully arranged interconnecting rooms for us. Dining was decent, but a bit overpriced if bought on-site without prior booking.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were clean and basic, but the two single beds were of different heights and there were some maintenance issues, like a dirty extractor fan and insufficient lighting.
Service
